So were the founders of the nation’s major industries. In between the lemonade stand and the executive board room there are thousands of people who get ideas and try to work their idea into a successful business.
Dr. Ali A.B.Y Muhammed,DD is an entrepreneur in the classic sense of the word. He began selling various products after school in New York City, things that he could get a deal on and make a little on resale down by Fulton Fish Market and 42nd Street. He was a fast-talking underage
street vendor, without a vendors permit. But he had an idea. “I wanted to cut out the middleman,” he said, “by making my own products.” And the one thing that sold well and could be manufactured easily were health and wellness products.
